M.J.B Group provides a range of services including tree surgery, garden maintenance, fencing, landscaping, and more. All services will be carried out as per the agreed quote.
2. Quotes & Bookings
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Acceptance of a quote confirms a booking and agreement to these terms.
3. Payment Terms
By accepting the quote, you agree to the following:

Full payment is required within 7 days of job completion.

If payment is not received within this period, late payment reminders will be issued.

Continued non-payment may incur late fees.

Any additional work requested after the quote is agreed (including on the day) will incur extra charges.

4. Cancellation Policy
We request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled work may be subject to a fee.
5. Liability
We are insured for public liability and will carry out all work to a high standard. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or unforeseen issues outside our control.
6. Waste Disposal
M.J.B Group follows environmentally responsible practices. Waste produced during jobs will be recycled or disposed of responsibly in accordance with local regulations.
