Max Bishop started the company M.J.B Tree and Garden Maintenance in 2016. The company offered tree surgery works and regular visits to domestic properties to maintain lawns, borders and hedges. As the reputable name of the business grew and the volume of work increased it became necessary to engage subcontractors to complete works on schedule. Over time more people joined the team, bringing new ideas and skills, this in turn led to the company offering much more than maintenance and tree works. Fencing, landscaping, garden buildings and pergolas were added to the portfolio.

 

We at MJB Group are confident that there is now very little we can’t do by utilising the skill of our employees in conjunction with tried and tested contractors. With the increase in what was possible it seemed the perfect opportunity to rebrand the company, so late in 2022 MJB Group was born.

 

M.J.B Group now deals with a number of commercial properties as well as continuing to serve the private sector. More work means more waste and MJB Group takes a responsible attitude to recycling. Woodchip is used for mulching and timber is processed to produce firewood. What can’t be recycled in house is taken under license to recycling centers for proper disposal.
